Trident Self-Report IQ Tracker

This self-report test should be taken before and after your 4 week Trident training program. It identifies meaningful dimensions of intelligence (IQ) that the program is designed to improve.

Instructions

For each statement below, indicate your level of agreement using the following scale:

  • 1 = Strongly Disagree
  • 2 = Disagree
  • 3 = Neutral
  • 4 = Agree
  • 5 = Strongly Agree

The following questions should be answered considering your experiences over the past month. Try to think of concrete examples before rating each question. You can use a pen or pencil to record the ratings.

IQ Test

Calculate the average score for each category to gauge your current level in each of the core training outcomes of this Trident IQ Foundations Program.

Valid Performance IQ Tests

The optional tests below are standardised, validated IQ tests where the average population score is 100. Take one of these tests before your 4 week training program and then take another one after your 4 week training program to track your objective IQ gains. Take screenshots of your scores both times for the IQ increase guarantee. You will need around half an hour for each test.

IQ Test A

This non-verbal IQ test developed by Anders Jensen, MD. (Mensa Denmark) is based on the well-known Raven’s Progressive Matrices and measures your fluid intelligence directly. It also provides a valid measure of your general intelligence (IQ). The IQ test is culture fair – eliminating the effect of cultural factors such as vocabulary, mathematics and general knowledge. The calculation of IQ is based on answers from more than 250,000 people. The test is based on seeing relationships in abstract geometrical shapes.

After the Trident IQ Foundations program is over, you can evaluate it reflectively using the following questions:

Self-reflective questions

  1. This program has improved my overall intelligence.
  2. I feel more confident in my problem solving and cognitive abilities after participating in this program.
  3. Skills or strategies I have learned over the course of this program are now a valuable part of my day to day cognitive challenges.
